S & P Oyster Co.’s priority seating list is similar to a reservation. Guest on the list are seated as close to the time they request, before any walk-in diners. Although we do not hold tables, you will have priority over those who did not call in advance.

Our priority seating list fills one to two days in advance. Therefore, we recommend that you call several days beforehand.

For instance, during a 45 minute wait, priority diners can expect to wait only a few minutes; whereas walk-ins typically wait for their entire quoted time. In addition, S&P Oyster Company has an allotted amount of window tables and cannot guarantee your table will be near windows. Under all circumstances, we always strive to provide the best possible arrangements for our guests.

You are welcome to call 860-536-2674 to make a priority seating. Please have available the following;

A 15 minute grace period will be given for all priority seating requests. If your entire party is not present within 15 minutes of your assigned time, your request will be relinquished and your party will be transferred to our walk-in list.
